Portable Multimedia Limited trading as Nextbase prioritise the security of our products and services.
We are wholly committed to continuously monitoring, identifying, and resolving any security vulnerabilities that may arise within the offerings we sell, produce, have produced, and the services we operate throughout the defined support period.
To ensure transparency and keep our customers well-informed, all security updates related to Nextbase dashcams will be promptly disclosed on our dedicated Applications (Apps).
Please be advised the support period is currently a minimum of 5 years and this will not be shortened.
In the event that the defined support period is extended, we will make every effort to update the support period publication as soon as possible via an update to this policy.
