Do you offer tracking for shipment?

Yes, all our deliveries come with tracking information. You will received tracking information through email.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Next working day delivery must be ordered before 8pm the working day before delivery. Parts and accessories are shipped by Royal Mail and can take up to 3 working days.

Do you charge for shipping?

We do not charge shipping for the Dash Cam. Free Delivery is not available on accessories and parts.

No, if you have any data or settings within your MyNextbase Connect app, select the option to ‘Copy Data’.

No, the app is completely free, but you can choose to subscribe to a Nextbase Protect subscription.

 

Do I need to upgrade to the Nextbase App now?

For a better and smarter experience with your Dash Cam we would recommend upgrading as soon as possible. MyNextbase Connect app will be discontinued soon.

 

Why should I move to Nextbase app?

Upgrading to the Nextbase App provides you with new features, improved download speeds and continuous connection to your Dash Cam.

 

What Dash Cam does this upgrade support?

322GW, 422GW, 522GW and 622GW are all supported with our upgraded app.

 

Can I upgrade if my other Dash Cam is already connected to the Nextbase App?

Yes, you can upgrade to the Nextbase App if you already have a Dash Cam. However, you can only connect to one device at any one time.
