Accessories FAQs

Do I have to pay for postage when purchasing an accessory?

Delivery charges are not included in the accessory price. Any postage or courier costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

How long does delivery take for accessories?

In-stock accessories are delivered within 3-5 working days with standard UK Delivery.

What do I need to purchase in addition to a Dash Cam?

If you are purchasing a standalone camera, at minimum you will need a compatible U3 microSD Card, as this is usually not included in the box. Many customers also add a hardwire or OBD power kit for a neat install as the 12V cigarette lighter cable comes as standard in the box.

Can I return my accessory?

Yes. Accessories purchased directly from Nextbase can be returned within 30 days if you change your mind. 

Should I have my Dash Cam order before RS Connect come to fit?

Yes. Please ensure you have received your Dash Cam and any accessories you want fitted (such as a hardwire kit or rear camera) before RS connect appointment, so the installer can complete the work in one visit. If you do not have this please contact Nextbase Support with your order number for further details

Are accessories covered by a warranty?

Yes. Official accessories bought from Nextbase and authorised UK retailers are covered by a warranty. Full terms are detailed on our warranty and returns
