How do I turn on Smart Parking?

1. From the homepage, select "More", at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select "Setup Settings" and tap "Smart Parking"
3. Select "On".
Warning: Smart Parking should ONLY be enabled if your camera is connected with a permanent power supply (live when the ignition is off).
How do I power Piqo?

Piqo simply plugs into your 12v car power socket or any car USB-C connection. If you want to use the Smart Parking feature you will need to use the Quick Power cable or Pro Install cable
Can I move Piqo between cars?

Yes, a spare mounting plate is included in the box to allow you to use your Piqo in 2 vehicles.
What voice commands can I use with Piqo?

The following voice commands can be used with Piqo:

How does the app work/connectivity?

iQ is always connected with a 4G connection, you can connect to it anytime, anywhere (as long as you have 4G connection).
How do I manage permissions/video access?

Shared users can access all footage recorded on the iQ.
They cannot view subscriptions, payments or add another user – this can only be done by the owner account.
How do I access the cloud footage?

Cloud footage can be accessed via the app. Only impact events are automatically streamed up to the cloud. Normal driving footage and radar events are recorded to the SD card.
Do you need to format the SD card?

Protect Mode - how does it work?

You can see the signal of the 4G,Bluetooth, GPS signal, recording and if the camera goes into an event such as protect mode.
How does loop recording work?

Your footage gets loop recorded on the SD Card and events are simultaneously uploaded to the cloud where you can view your footage in the app.
The iQ comes with a 32gb SD Card as standard, but you can upgrade to our 64gb, 128gb or 256gb Nextbase SD cards for bigger local storage.
